Working for Luminare Multimedia, I designed the user interface for the Online Guide. I created the information design for the project. I coached and managed a group of Luminare and CSAA Online Guide writers to produce the content. I wrote the design guide and editorial style guide.

In project review meetings, I orchestrated agreement among a very diverse group of SMEs, including CSAA project owners, CSAA legal staff, and Luminare employees, to produce the final content and structure for every page of the Online Guide.
