Working for Luminare Multimedia, I designed the user interface for OLGA, the authoring tool that the California State Automobile Association (CSAA) uses to update its Winhelp-based Online Guide. I led the multi-enterprise technical design and development team that produced OLGA.

In 1997, along with the Online Guide, OLGA won three major industry awards: Best Customer Service/Support Application, Windows World Open/COMDEX, Award of Excellence, Performance Improvement, International Society for Performance Improvement, and Best Successful Practice Award in Training and Performance Improvement, American Society for Training and Development.
