GST Internet, entering the EDI business, was offering a package combining Internet connection and EDI transaction processing. The target market for this package was not generally familiar with web or internet use.

Working for Luminare Multimedia, I designed and wrote the content for Easy Start, GST's web-based tutorial and performance-support system to help GST's clients set up the equipment, connect to the ISP, and initiate the first-time registration process.
