iBP was one of Oracle's first CRM products, an electronic bill presentment and payment service. iBP was the first Oracle product to include documentation designed to be used online—as opposed to PDF versions of paper documentation.

Working from a combination of SME interviews and various developer documents, I created the design for this iBP online documentation, which was then used as a model for Oracle's CRM product documentation. I also wrote about half of the content.

Some of the material was end-user procedural and some of it was highly technical developer documentation. There were several hundred topics in this doc set.
