PROJECT: ORACLE iBILL & PAY       SAMPLE PAGES
The iBP application's user interface had been technology-centered and function-focused. It reflected the developers' natural concern with how the product worked and what it could do.
The changes I recommended made the interface more task-centered and user-focused, reflecting the users' concern: "How do I use this tool to help me do my job?"
This is one of the screens in iBP's end-user interface. There are four different user interfaces for the different users of the product.
