This is one of the screens in the system admin user interface.

In the beta version, the fields had labels that didn't make it clear to the user what each field contained. At the same time, there was a clutter of explanatory text on the page.

I removed the clutter of text, clarified the labels, and added a help button in the upper right corner. The button links to the online help files.
