Notes from the designer about some of her previous information design projects.

Working from a combination of SME interviews and various developer documents, I designed and wrote a set of just-in-time online help publications for Oracle's electronic commerce products.
I created the information design for the California State Automobile Association's (CSAA) Online Guide, the first large electronic performance support system in daily corporate use.
In project review meetings, I orchestrated agreement among a very diverse group of SMEs, including CSAA project owners, CSAA legal staff, and Luminare employees, to produce the final content and structure for every page of the Online Guide.
In 1997, the Online Guide won top honors from Windows World, ASTD, and ISPI. External experts calculated the return on investment for the Online Guide at 783%.
In four weeks, I led a team of industry experts and Oracle technical staff to produce one of the very earliest strategies for reusable content objects (RCO) for training and performance support. I designed and wrote almost all of the content for the site.
