I wrote simple, clear tutorials for technical staff to learn how to use very complex and unfamiliar proposal-based software.

For Oracle CRM's technical publications department, I designed, wrote, and delivered a class in how to design web-based documentation. Because of the varied circumstances of the audience for this class, I created flexible materials that could be delivered as either classroom training or a web-based tutorial.

For Sun's SunTAN technical sales training, while working for Luminare Multimedia, I led a team of instructional designers in creating reusable training modules integrated with performance support.

For GST Internet, while working for Luminare Multimedia, I designed an intranet-based "Easy Start" tutorial site to train GST's customers to set up the equipment, connect to the ISP, and initiate the first-time registration process. I also wrote the content for the site.

I designed and implemented a more user-focused and cost-effective plan for training Tesseract Corporation's customers in the use of Tesseract's human resources software.
