Working for Luminare Multimedia, I led a team of industry experts and Oracle technical staff to produce one of the very earliest workable strategies for reusable content objects (RCO) for training and performance support.

Luminare then created a website for Oracle to demonstrate RCO and its concepts. I was the information designer for the website and led the user interface design team. I also wrote almost all of the content for the site.
