Oracle was in the process of phasing out its hard-copy documentation and needed to design publications that were optimized for web use. Oracle CRM's technical publications department needed to learn how to design information for web delivery.

I designed, wrote, and delivered a two-hour class in web-based information design.

The class was to be delivered as classroom training, but it was very probable that employees would need the training when the class was not being taught. To accommodate this need I developed flexible materials that would be delivered as classroom training but could also be used as a web-based tutorial when necessary.
